Sherlock Holmes Stories
This is the first time that I read about Sherlock Homes, after one or two of these stories I understand that it have to be a big mistake because the majority of those stories are amazing. The stories were wrote by Watson the best friend of Holmes and he describes the adventures in an excellent way that you can imagine every detail.
As I Said the majority of the stories that we read for tis fisrt part, I like but I have to metion only two, the best and the worst for me.
I am going to start with the one that I didn´t like, well I like it but I didn´t find it as interesting than the other, is one called "The Man with the Twisted Lip". This story is about a beggar that used to be a reporter for a newspaper but when he found that he can get more mony as a beggar he changed her proffession, but he used a disguise to cover his appereance, one they his wife thought he had been murdered in an opium house, but the true was that he was working there, the police confused him and take to jail. It was surprising how Holmes obtain the really story, but it was not as fantastic than others, the story was so weak.
The story that I really enjoy is one called "the final problem", it´s very interesting because the mistery and the danger appears since the beggining, because Sherlock Holmes was afraid and the story was really different because he was in danger, a very intelligent criminal was her enemy and Holmes had to scape but at the same time he had a personal crisis because he thought that if he can´t stop to this criminal his life hadn´t sense. The way that Watson describe the datails and the way that Holmes scape were really good, but the best part was the end when Watson told us that Holmes died, a big disaster, since in the next story ("The Empty House") you discover that he didn´t die he only was sike and the ones that really dioed was the criminal.
I really recomended those stories because the stories were full of adventures, mistery surprise and an excellent description way taht give you good entreteiment for a while.

Sexism in the City
As one of only a handful of women in her office, the girl on the podcast says she was known as 'airbags', a reference to her breasts. She joins Jenni to discusses the challenge of tackling sexism in The City, along with Sarah Bond, who works for city firm KPMG, and Andrea Nicholls, an employment lawyer.
The conversation was concentrated in the way of industry workers and how woman life is depending on the kind of job they have or the envioroment in the work place or the relation between employes clients and coworkers.
One of the speakers said that it was kind of hard to get out from her job or the industry,because in certantly point she have enjoy the time she last on it, but on her opinion there must be a balance between work and family and keep it that way is not easy so she prefers to get out of that area; as in the programm is mentioned it is a comun posibility,unless you are someone young because is easier to focus on succes than in family and although man thinks that woman are less ambitious. This comment is a big mistake, thinking in that way it just that there are other circunstances involved in woman`s jobs.
The relation that females employees have with their clients is too different than the relation that man have, of course because clients´ behavior plays and important role.
The reporters proposed an example where a client invits a famAle worker to have some drinks into a nigth club and they think that in some cases this situation could be undignity as the reporter mention by the pass of the amount of alcohol they consume the famale employee`s risks increase so is recomendable to drink less that male clients;it show the difference between a men work apointment and a woman ones,but siriusly talking some of flearting can help for close a big and important proyect or gat a big account, so women has a tool than men doesn`t have.
In conclution is a very good option to afront this problem and it`s recomended for female workers to speak out about any disturb on her own,also it`s very accuard to have a touft place of work so try to make a more comfortable place of it for woman who work.

Basically the listening was about the process between the lender and the benefiaciary, the fact of borrowing money and the posible risks that someone go trougth, when they borrow money to the bank or financial angencies.
At the beggining of the report the most comun issue was the missunderstandigs with the people`s credit record,it means that some many people was concern about their financial standig according to their financial credit scores,and there were some complains about agencies, that publish wrong information from coustomer`s credits (profile / record). One caller, named Richard, talk about his consern about the fact of get involved in some debts,an issue where even young people can get invloved which,expert recomended him to pay on time every month and avoid to having problems whit the lender or the bank. Also they said that exist a tipical problem whit checks,for example, when a check is declined it could be provoce by the electronic process this things are proved by, I mean a check can fail the electronic verification process,which is very strict, the whole process were produce by and credit special agreement.
There were and special pointing about profiles, although you have a very good credit record if you don`t check with the required credit profile it is wanna be so dificult for you to adquire a loan and at the same time you have to be carefull with your financial reports because, as it was presented in the listening, in some cases someone with a similiar name can make a fraud with/on your credit card,of course the poor customers services are not as well as what we hope with this kind of events so is better be careful insted of losing more than what you have, and as it is usually said in finances it`s better be saved than have a blemish on your report.
