This episode of health make reference to the claims of the public about the "miracles" of the oil fish and the "magic" properties ot it. The report talks about an experiment that have been made in a school because they want to prove that the oil fish and supplements improve the behavior and the brain power. In my personal opinion I think that there isn´t a magic food, it´s only that according to our daily food we receive differents nutriments that help to especific parts of our body.
